Hi, I am Babita Patnaik, Founder and Chairperson of SIKSHADAAN International School. I believe education is a powerful tool that shapes not only successful careers but also responsible and compassionate individuals.
SIKSHADAAN was founded with a vision to combine academic excellence with strong moral values and a global outlook. Every child deserves a nurturing environment that builds confidence, creativity, and curiosity.
As Chairperson, I provide strategic direction and promote a child-centric approach focused on holistic development. My goal is to see SIKSHADAAN grow as a centre of learning where students think independently, act responsibly, and contribute meaningfully to society.

We truly value continuity of care and know how important consistency is in a young child’s life – which is why we our team is only made of of all permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employee regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
